Greco and Darlene Drives are a series of single level duplexes and triplexes located North from the East end of Cherry Street. The high school, elementary school, and primary school are all within 3 blocks. Prices range from $359 to $559 depending upon size and features. The apartments at Fairview, Ironwood Village, and Spruce Street are in general larger, nicer, and have more features. However all units at Greco and Darlene offer a far greater degree of privacy than these other locations. Greco and Darlene drives are entirely single level; each unit has private outside entrances; most of the units have their own yard, driveway, and garage. No utilities are included in the rent.
